Mary Ellen took the helm of her flourishing Burritos Alinstante Restaurant in Belen and added locations in Los Lunas, Albuquerque, and Bosque Farms. She has owned and operated Burritos Alinstante ever since with the help of some incredible and dedicated women. Bernadette, Rita, and Rosario have all been at the helm of Burritos Alinstante for more that 21 years. Their love and dedication to making the best authentic New Mexican food has led into a new endeavor that fulfills Shirley’s Dream in a whole new way. Shirley’s Dream Inc is now doing business as Sazón New Mexico and preparing and manufacturing our staple items like Carne Adovada/Red Chile and our famous Green Chile for distribution on a large scale to others who want to use our best authentically New Mexican products for their food preparation uses. Our Carne Adovada and Green Chile is available through our food distribution partner.
